As part of its Go For It Girls! campaign, which is aimed at bringing biking
closer to women, Bennetts (http://www.bennetts.co.uk) teamed up with the UK’s largest women’s website, handbag.com, in order to get to grips with the thoughts, feelings and perceptions women have of motorcycling.
The good news for female bikers is that the survey also revealed that almost a quarter (22.7%) of girls saw women riders as brave and daring whereas only one in sixteen (6.4%) saw men as the dashing dare devils. One in four women (22.6%) just saw blokes on bikes as outdoor types
